I ordered from Memory Magnet Co. on 11/8. I noticed a few weeks went by and I had heard nothing from there nor received any shipping info. I thought this was odd since their website stated a quick ship time & all reviews I had seen were positive. I reached out to the shop and after looking into it, they realized my order somehow got stuck in there system and was not showing as ready because my photos did not upload correctly. Not only did they immediately resolve the issue, they had my magnets shipped the following day & asked me to send over additional photos so they could send me 5 extra magnets. Their timeliness & customer service was exceptional. Although I have not received the magnets yet, I know I will love them! I would definitely order from Memory Magnet Co again.
